Michael D. Gallagher is president and CEO of the Entertainment Software Association (ESA), the trade association representing U.S. computer and video game publishers.

Mr. Gallagher joined ESA in 2007. Under his leadership, the association is transforming the perception of video games by demonstrating the influence of entertainment software on areas of daily life such as education, health and the workplace. Mr. Gallagher also manages ESA’s outreach to federal and state government officials, helping to foster a vibrant operating environment for the video game industry and serving as the industry’s voice on issues including intellectual property, content protection and e-commerce. Full Bio


Pierre-LouisStanley Pierre-Louis is Senior Vice President and General Counsel for ESA.  In that capacity, Mr. Pierre-Louis leads the legal, policy and regulatory affairs function for the organization, which includes advocacy on First Amendment, technology and intellectual property issues; supervision of a global content protection program; and responsibility for contractual matters.  Stan also oversees all governance and compliance matters for the organization and serves as Corporate Secretary to ESA’s Board of Directors. Full Bio




MolinaAna Molina is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for ESA. HueyErik Huey serves as the Senior Vice President for Government Affairs at ESA. In this capacity, Mr. Huey manages a team of seven employees and fifty outside consulting firms and oversees all federal and state government relations as well as strategic partnerships for the $21 billion U.S. video game industry.  Full Bio
