WASHINGTON — March 27, 2019 — The Entertainment Software Association (ESA), which represents the U.S. video game industry, welcomed today’s announcement by the Librarian of Congress, Dr. Carla Hayden, to appoint Karyn Temple as the permanent Register of Copyrights.
