Together with its members, the Entertainment Software Association (“ESA”)1 has been at the forefront of promoting the online safety of all video game players, including minors. Accordingly, ESA values the opportunity to share its perspective with the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (“NTIA”) on the important topics of online platforms’ impacts on minors, current industry practices, and ways in which the private sector, caregivers, and the U.S. government can partner to protect minors online.
