The Entertainment Software Association1 (“ESA”) appreciates the opportunity to submit comments regarding the Vermont Attorney General’s Office’s (“AGO”) proposed rules under the Vermont Age-Appropriate Design Code Act (“AADC”). As discussed in our March comments, ESA shares the AGO’s interest in promoting policies that will allow Vermonters of all ages to enjoy access to online experiences that are safe, fun, and rewarding. ESA respectfully provides the following comments to help the AGO develop policies that will advance these important policy goals.
