WASHINGTON — September 21, 2020 — The Entertainment Software Association (ESA), which serves as the voice and advocate for the U.S. video game industry, congratulates Shira Perlmutter, selected today as the next Register of Copyrights by the Librarian of Congress Dr. Carla Hayden.
