Position Title: International Law Clerk

Reporting To: Chief Counsel, Global Policy

Location: Washington, D.C.

Position Summary:

The Law Clerk will work closely with the department on global policy issues, such as U.S. trade policy, intellectual property law, and the regulation of video games in Latin America, as well as on industry research matters.

Duties include conducting research on policy matters affecting the video game industry, preparing summaries of policy and/or industry events and reports, and participating in external meetings with policymakers and industry stakeholders when feasible.

Qualified candidates must be currently enrolled as a 2L, 3L, or LLM in an accredited law degree program, and have knowledge in international trade and/or the legal systems of foreign countries. Ideal candidates will have a passion about the video game industry and/or eports is strongly preferred.

This position is based in Washington, DC. ESA employees are in the office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday and may work remotely Monday and Friday.
