A Day In The Life Of A Human Resources Coordinator
As a Human Resources Coordinator, you have the essential role of helping us ensure we have a capable and happy team. You effectively support all HR functions including recruitment processes, payroll processes, benefits, organizational culture, workforce well-being, policy implementation, and HR regulatory compliance. Additionally, you are eager to help screen any general employee questions. Diligently, you help pull together reports regarding defined metrics and general HR activities. Considering COVID-19, you assist with office contact-tracing protocols and employee support in a hybrid work environment. You are a team player who prioritizes positive employee relationships on all levels. You are also meticulous about keeping all employee records accurate and up to date. And, you are motivated and inspired to help ESA retain and attract talent – our greatest asset.
Schedule For A Human Resources Coordinator
This part-time role works about 25 hours per week, with an option for remote OR in-office work.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Human Resources or supporting an HR function
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources OR actively pursuing an HR-related degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
