Ana Molina, Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Ana Molina is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for the Entertainment Software Association (ESA). Ms. Molina is responsible for the overall financial management of the U.S. video game industry’s trade association, including its financial reporting and transparency, tax and long-range planning, investment management as well as its risk, IT, and human resources management.
Molina has extensive operational and financial experience with more than two decades of experience in association and for-profit businesses. As a CFO, Molina is responsible for ensuring the financial health and compliance of ESA and all its related entities.
Prior to ESA, Ms. Molina was with East West Financial Services in McLean, Virginia for more than 10 years. In this role, she represented high net worth individuals and businesses, in addition to providing residential lending services.
In addition to being a member of the American Society of Association Executives and the Finance and Administration Roundtable, Ana volunteers as Guild Member and Treasurer of the Christ Child Society in Washington, DC. She also serves as a member of the Finance Committee of Christ Child Society’s Board of Directors. She received her Finance degree from Georgetown University.
